Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 September 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Radaa app (the "App"), owned and operated by Mujmal Al-Hulool Establishment (مؤسسة مجمل الحلول) ("we"). By tapping "Continue" on the baby details screen, or by using the App in any way, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, which together form a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose details you enter, or be otherwise legally authorised to do so.

3. The App is not a medical service

4. Your responsibility for data and device

You alone are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. Reminders depend on your device settings (notification permission, Focus modes, battery, etc.); we do not guarantee that they arrive on time or at all.

5. Siri, Shortcuts and widgets

Voice, shortcut, widget and Lock Screen features rely on Apple services. We do not guarantee that Siri recognises commands or names (including nicknames) correctly, and we are not responsible for any wrong entry resulting from it. Please review and correct the log as needed.

6. Radaa Plus and payments

7. Advertising

The free plan shows ads provided by third parties. We do not control the content of these ads or the products or services advertised, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any dealings you have with advertisers.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the App, its design, texts and logos are reserved to us. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your data remains yours.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify or reverse-engineer the App, use it for any unlawful purpose, circumvent its subscription or advertising systems, or enter a child's details without legal standing.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of data, or for any health or feeding decision made in reliance on the App. - Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim. - Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Data loss and backups

Your data is stored only on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device. We are not liable for data lost through deleting the App or through loss, damage or reset of the device.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or loss arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the App, or entering data without legal standing.

14. Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may amend these terms; the updated version applies from its publication date, and we will notify you in the App of material changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

15. Apple terms

These terms are between you and us only. Apple is not a party to them and is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance or support. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement takes precedence over these terms where it applies. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any) under its policies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties will try to settle any dispute amicably within thirty days of notice; failing that, the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.

17. General

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. In case of any conflict between the Arabic text and any translation, the Arabic text prevails.

18. Contact
