RadaaPrivacy Policy

1. Who we are
The Radaa app (the "App") is owned and operated by Mujmal Al-Hulool Establishment (مؤسسة مجمل الحلول), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we"). This policy explains how data is handled when you use the App ("you"). By using the App, or by tapping "Continue" on the baby details screen, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
2. Legal framework
We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its implementing regulations and related laws.
3. Core principle: your data stays on your device
The App is designed to work locally. Everything you enter is stored only on your device. It is not sent to our servers, and we have no access to it. This includes: - Your baby's name, nicknames, date of birth, gender and optional photo. - The feeding log (times, amounts, durations, side, milk type) and notes. - Reminder settings and preferences.
4. Data processed by third parties
Some features rely on third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: - Apple: purchases and subscriptions are made through the App Store; we receive no payment data. Apple processes voice commands made through Siri and Shortcuts under its own policy. - Google AdMob (free plan only): Google shows ads and may collect data such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and ad interactions, to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. We never send Google or any ad network any data about your baby or feedings. The ads library is not loaded at all for Radaa Plus subscribers.
5. Purposes
We use the data on your device only to provide the App's functions: logging and showing feedings, calculating reminders and estimates, creating reports when you ask, and powering Siri and widget features. We do not use your data for marketing, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models.
6. Legal basis and your standing
Processing is based on your consent. By entering a child's details, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise legally authorised to enter them and to consent on the child's behalf.
7. Sharing
We do not share your data with anyone, except as described in section 4 or where required by applicable law or an order of a competent judicial or official authority. When you create and share a report or export file (for example with a paediatrician), you do so at your own choice and responsibility, subject to the policies of the app or recipient you share it with.
8. Retention and deletion
Data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete a baby and its log, or delete all data, from Settings; deleting the App removes its data from the device. Backups of your device (such as your own iCloud backups) may keep a copy according to Apple settings you control.
9. Your rights
The law gives you the right to be informed, to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Because your data lives on your device, you can exercise these rights directly in the App: view and edit in History, delete and export in Settings. Withdrawing consent is achieved by deleting the data or the App.
10. Security
The App relies on iOS built-in file encryption. No protection is absolute; you are responsible for securing your device with a passcode and not giving others access to it.
11. Children
The App is intended for adult parents and guardians (18+), not for direct use by children. A child's data is entered by their guardian and stays on the guardian's device.
12. Transfers outside the Kingdom
We do not transfer your data off your device. The third parties in section 4 may process the data they collect in facilities outside the Kingdom under their own policies and applicable regulations.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the updated version applies from its publication date. We will notify you in the App of material changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
